Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She won her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. Ariel completed her first six years in competition to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. The summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before the exercise. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way is possible. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
